En caso de impago, dado que la entidad, y no el inmueble, act\u00faa como garant\u00eda, el prestamista mezzanine puede ejecutar la hipoteca sobre la entidad a trav\u00e9s de una ejecuci\u00f3n hipotecaria UCC, un proceso m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y menos costoso que una ejecuci\u00f3n hipotecaria sobre el inmueble.
